The participants coming from outside Italy and requiring visa information should visit the web site Il visto per l’Italia (esteri.it)
Here you can have access to a guided procedure that will help you decide if you need to apply for a visa based on your nationality, country of residence, reasons for your visit and length of stay.
If you need a letter confirming your participation to the conference, you can request it writing to icra9@unipg.it. A copy of the document attesting the registration and payment is required.
Reminder: You should apply for a visa in good time, in case of any delays during processing.
